We are not a prop firm. We cannot access, reset or reinstate your trading account, release a payout, or reverse a rule breach. For anything inside your account, contact the firm directly.
Reporting a firm
Refused payout, a rule changed without notice, or support going silent — tell us what happened and when. We investigate and update the firm's rating.
Correcting a listing
Include the page URL and a link to the firm's official terms. We fix confirmed errors within 48 hours.
Firms and partnerships
Listing requests, affiliate enquiries and right of reply. Note that commission does not affect ratings.
Privacy requests
Access, correction or deletion of your data. Put "Privacy" in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy.
Never send us account passwords, broker logins, card details or identity documents. We will never ask for them.
