Affiliate Disclosure
Effective 30 August 2026 ยท Last updated 30 August 2026
PropFirmPrime.com earns a commission when you buy a prop firm challenge through some of our links. It never costs you extra, and it never changes how we rate a firm. Here is exactly how it works.
How we make money
This site is free to read. There are no ads, no paywalls and no subscription. We pay for hosting, research and writing with affiliate commission.
When you click a link to a prop firm on our site and buy an evaluation, the firm may pay us a share of what you spent. The firm pays us out of its own revenue. Your price stays the same, and in many cases it is lower because we negotiate a discount code for our readers.
Not every link earns us money
We list firms because traders search for them, not because they pay us. Many firms on this site have no commercial arrangement with us at all, including some we rate highly and some we warn people about.
We do not mark individual links as paid or unpaid on every page, because arrangements change. Assume any link to a prop firm may earn us a commission and read our reviews with that in mind.
Commission does not buy a rating
This is the part that matters most, so we will be blunt about it.
- A firm cannot pay to raise its score or move up a list.
- A firm cannot pay to remove a bad review or hide a warning.
- A firm cannot pay to keep a competitor off the site.
- Paying us more does not get a firm better placement than paying us less.
Every firm is scored against the same published criteria, whether it pays us or not. You can read those criteria on our Methodology page.
If a firm asks us to soften our coverage in return for a partnership, we say no and we say so on the firm's page.
Why you should still be careful
We have a financial interest in this industry. That is a real conflict, and no policy removes it completely. Treat our reviews as informed opinion, not as proof. Check the firm's own terms before you pay.
The best protection is not trusting us. It is reading the firm's rules yourself, checking recent trader reviews, and starting small.
Discount codes
Our discount codes come from the firms and also identify us as the referrer. They give you a lower price and give us a commission at the same time.
Codes expire and change without warning. We check them regularly, but we cannot guarantee a code will work or that a firm will honour it. If one fails, tell us and we will remove it.
Reviews from traders
Reviews on this site are written by traders, not by us and not by the firms. We moderate them for abuse and fake entries, but we do not remove a review because a firm complains about it.
Firms are welcome to reply publicly. We may publish their response next to the review.
We are not a prop firm or an adviser
We do not offer funded accounts, take deposits or handle your money. We are not a broker and we are not a financial adviser. Nothing on this site is financial advice or a recommendation to buy anything.
Trading carries real risk. Evaluation fees are usually not refundable, most traders fail challenges, and firms can change their rules or shut down. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
Where this applies
This disclosure covers everything on propfirmprime.com, including firm profiles, comparison pages, blog articles, emails we send, and anything we post on social media.
It is published to meet the guidance of the United States Federal Trade Commission and similar rules elsewhere, and because you deserve to know how a site you rely on is funded.
